Welcome to Posh Computers. By accessing our website or using our retail, rental, repair, and AMC services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services
Order management
- All product prices, specifications, and availability may change without prior notice.
- By making a purchase or booking a service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Posh Computers reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities when necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or misuse of services.
- The images and the packaging of the Products on website and/or advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Products (including their packaging) that you purchase may vary slightly from those images.
- Payments must be completed using our approved, secure payment methods
Product delivery
- We will deliver the Products to the address as specified in your Order as soon as reasonably possible on or about the estimated delivery dates as set out in our confirmation email. In Certain cases, the costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Website.
- If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
- Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
- You own the Product once we have received payment in full, unless otherwise specified in the T&C’s.
Warranty and Product defects
- All warranties, whether provided by us or the product manufacturer, apply as stated at the time of purchase. (valid till 6months from the date of delivery).
- Warranty does not cover wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or abnormal storage or working conditions.
Price and payment
- The price of the Product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your Order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the Product advised to you is correct.
- We use a secure payment method. Consequently, we cannot be held liable for any fraudulent or improper use of your means of payment, over which we have no control.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Our website content, images, and materials are the property of Posh Computers and may not be copied or used without permission.
- Any misuse of the website or violation of these Terms may result in restricted access or legal action.
Return and Refund policy
- If you find that your purchase does not meet your full satisfaction, you have the option to return the item to us in its original state within 15 days from the date of receipt.
- Only items purchased directly from our online store will be accepted.
- Items being returned must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- You need to provide a video or photo of the defective product as evidence to facilitate a refund or replacement process you can do so by using your unique login id.
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer are considered Non-Returnable.
- Returns made without a receipt mentioning the order number may be refused. Posh Touch Computers reserves the right to deny any return.
- Processed refunds will be finalized within a span of 10-12 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (Credit card, debit card, etc.)
Rentals, AMC and Repair services
- For rentals, customers are responsible for returning laptops in the same condition received. Any damage, loss, or delays may result in additional charges. Rental duration begins from the delivery date and ends once the device is returned and inspected.
- For repair services, Posh Computers will handle devices with care, but we are not responsible for data loss or pre-existing issues. Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting their device.
- AMC services include scheduled maintenance as agreed in the contract, and customers must ensure device accessibility for service visits.
